A few days ago we asked for a new Server. Our current Server can't handle the current load. Today we can anounce that domainFACTORY will help us with a server and their long hosting experience. With this new server we can continue our grow. Thanks to everyone who offered a new server.

The new server will go live in the next few days and the domains will move to it. We will try to reduce the outage to a minimum. Don't be afraid. TV-Browser will work without the main server. That's because we have many other people offering some server capacity. A list of our supporters can be found here.

We badly need a dedicated server to host our website, the forum and the data processing. Our current server doesn't have the needed performance and the payment is also no longer possible.

So we need someone who is willing to provide us with a free dedicated server. We will gladly provide a "Hosted by ..." sticker on each of our pages to repay for the free server.

TV-Browser provides a broad field of interesting tasks, from the programming of graphical user interfaces to the deep introduction into data structures is everything present. It gets never boring and afterwards you know what you have created and that it will be useful for people all over the world. It is desirable for the development of TV-Browser if new developers with different ideas and concepts join the team. It is to be kept in mind that a growing experience in programming will also be helpful in professional life, and the collaboration in a big and well-known OpenSource project is always a good in an application.
